Go to the lsx swap section of the forum for a lot more info on this. This engine is the new direct injection set up and requires a bit more to tackle. If it is not including the trans, computer, and all the accessories, I would pass. I know that I got an exceptional deal at $2500. with an automatic 6 speed on my set up, which is the same thing as yours (L83) but that is nearly double. Mine is a 2014 and it has +/- 18k miles on it. There have been several swaps done so far and these guys said the performance is really good. Chevy rates them at 385 hp and the same on torque.
