I have a pair of those not mounted. Crawling under my 87 2wd it looks as if it would bolt up where the bumper brackets bolt to the frame only using longer bolts. I beleive my hooks came off of a 4x4 blazer. The only problem is my spoiler is not cut like yours and it is in the way of mounting them. Looks like the upper lip of the spoiler needs to be trimmed a little to mount the hooks and notches cut out like yours to make them functional. Did your spoiler come stock with the cut-outs?
