does it matter what the market is? the panel you are asking about isnt in the market. co-worker, unadvertised, no pictures, no asking price. if she is leaving it up to you, then YOU are the market and you can offer what you think is fair.
there was a general discussion about this recently, WIW threads seem to always include opinions of value from people who arent buying, and arent interested in buying. thats not a knock, but well meaning opinions of value should have some sort of stake in them.
