IAC air sucking down that tiny channel hole will do it . same sound from a gm tbi with no air lid or flipped lid or open element cleaner .
i am doing a hypertech salad bowl for gm tbi to stock closed system air cleaner from tbi gm truck . so i should be good and stockish sound level . will report back when running .
the hypertech salad bowl will OPEN up the air path from the air cleaner as stock its choked WAY down . see pics .
