That's kind of what I was afraid of! The rear disks have worked well, but I don't really tow, do a lot of slowing with my gears, and have some 13x3.5 rear drum brakes waiting to go on.

As for the 5831, not sure what to do with it yet. I MIGHT keep it in the truck, but it certainly is not really helping me with my mileage. It is just good for keeping RPMs down.
