If you need to do it in a week end then do it except for the hook up and do that on the week end.You can probably do it in a week end but why stress.Mount the tank run the wiring and fuel lines,set up your filler and use the original tank until it's all done and ready to go.Then swap over and go.If everything works then remove the old tank.If something isn't right swap the lines and wiring back and run the old tank until you get it corrected.
