On mine, on the captured bolts, I ground off the heads and knocked them through the floor.
After I had all the bolts out I put in a few new bolts on one side of the Blazer then went to the other side and lifted it a few inches with a floor jack and a long 2 X 6 to spread the load under the front seat and replaced the body mounts. Then I went and did the other side - then I tightend everything down.
