First off, that frame is a '63-'66 frame not a '60-'62 frame. You can just use the engine mounts that are already in there and move them forward but I don't know how they will sit. The '68-'71 factory BB mounts should just bolt in using existing holes and move the engine forward at the same time. But you will also need to purchase the '68-'71 BB specific engine mounts for it to be resistant to separating.

I don't have a recommendation for headers since I have always purchased long tubes. I don't lower my trucks.

The front suspension is '73-'87. For a trans mount, you can just bolt in a '63-'87 auto trans mount.
