If you look at my 67 shaft there is no bearing like yours on mine. It must be a year change but I wouldn't think it to be a press on fit though.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
