Stats: 52' Chevy 3100 with 5.3ls 4l80E trans. 3:23 chevy 10 bolt

My plan was to originally go with air ride. After much deliberation I decided to just go with Coil Springs in the front and Coilovers in the rear. I am building a daily driver so I am needing help with what spring rates I should go with.
