On my 70, the pass side kick panel vent is used for recirculation. Hooks up to the AC controls.
EDIT:
On my truck, it is called AIR Inside. I believe on your truck it may be MAX AC. If the AC isn't working, you may want to see if you can get a pull handle from a non-ac truck.
