Good call on the driveshaft. I guess the easy answer is, everything that's attached to the transmission should come out.
The motor should be a lot simpler. I don't think I'll need anything electrical off it, just the motor itself and the accessories. I don't plan on reusing any of the stock fuel or ignition systems.
I thought about swapping seats too. I already have an 88-94 bench in the 81, but the 92 has buckets. I'm not sure I want high back buckets in a regular cab truck though, and the interior looks like someone spilled coffee inside it with a fire hose.
