If you can find one a frame swap isn’t that terribly bad. Can be A little time consuming depending on how much time you’ve got to work on it. That’s the direction I would go if it’s bent bad. If it’s not too bad I’m sure a frame shop could pull it straight again. Obviously all this depends on how bad you want to save the truck or how attached to it you are.
