Yes, when new, your C 20 came with solid 8.25" X 16.5" wheels including spare and chrome hubcaps as seen in the below photo. C 20 hubcaps will have and 8 3/4" diameter hole on the back side. The '67 and '68 GM version of the 16.5" solid wheels are rare, they come with clips, not the bumps used in '69 and newer 16.5" wheels. There were aftermarket wheels manufactured by Firestone, Goodyear and Kelsey Hayes marketed for camper pickups that will work also, very similar in appearance, second and thirds photos. Many owners who aren't doing a period correct restoration on '67 and '68 C 20's end up with 16" wheels and tires, because they are much easier to find and cheaper but, period caps will not attach to bump style 8 lug wheels. There is a way to remove the clips off an older 8 lug rim and attach to a newer bump type wheel if you are up to the engineering involved.
