I've had similar issues a couple times in the past. No Paypal (I'm old-fashioned too) so I mailed a check. Jocko has the right idea, PM Josh or Liz and explain the situation. They get busy but they can straighten it out for you. If you don't get a reply after a few days, shoot 'em another PM.
