When we moved from CA to OR they looked at the plate on our 54 for less than a millsecond and boom we were titled in OR. CA makes folks paranoid about everything and thats how they control the honest folks. Now if your a crook or an immigrant you don't even need to worry about laws, money, health insurance or getting arrested.
