most of the above reasons are why we are leaving WA. Also we have a major influx of Microsofties moving in & driving up housing costs. Right now homes are selling for $30 - 50k above listing price. that coupled with Amazon moving from downtown Seattle to Bellevue soon will drive up housing prices more. Id looks better every day. And yes im a CA transplant 30 years ago. But enough of my rant. have a great day
