So first off, the good:
The truck has good paper work.
Green is my favorite color.
The bad & the ugly:
Engine has water in the oil...
Has rust holes in the fenders and bed sides.
Hood is garbage.(rusting out and has the typical kink in it)
A tree fell on top of the truck denting the roof a little bit.
The brakes do not work.
I'm sure I'm forgetting something but you probably can see why this is not a over night project.
