I may have a vacuum leak as well, I only have 3 vacuum lines connected and from some research it seems there may be more ports than this?
1. Large Rear Nipple - to brake booster
2. Medium Top Nipple - to PCV (this one was already hooked up)
3. Small Side Nipple - to fuel pressure regulator
