You don't have to drill and tap anything , The bolt and sleeve you re-use the old ones . These mounts are only used on the stock type bell housing . the bolt size is 1/2 x 18 x 3 1/2" .

Just for general knowledge the 6 cyl and V8 manual cross members are different and mounted in different positions .
