Yes, you have the right weight coils. And yes, MII coils have the flat end at the top and the free coil at the bottom.
Don't panic yet; you will be shocked at how much that front end drops when you add engine, transmission and front sheet metal. And after you drive it a few hundred miles it will drop even more. I'll bet mine dropped 6-7 inches total, from the a-arms being slammed against the stops to being perfectly level. Especially surprising was how much adding the front sheet metal lowered the ride height - maybe 2 inches. I didn't think it would make that much difference.
And if it's still not low enough just start whacking coils.
