2003 Burb 2500 8.1

Does anyone have any pointers/tricks/solid know how on how the heck to get to the oil pressure sending unit on a 8.1? Sitting way on the back of the engine near the bell housing on an 8.1 leaves little room to work or even see it. I've seen a few things online stating the having child like hands helps but not much else. Doesn't help that I'm half bear.
