My son and I made the frame out of rectangular steel tubing, (2"x4"). There are only two cross members on it (one on each end). We bought the wheels from Northern, two steerable and two non steerable. We used pallets under the body to get it level.

To pick it off of the frame we used two 1/2 ton chainfalls. The chains were attached to the rear at the hinge bolts and to the front at the upper fender mount.
