Could you go into a little more detail on this? I can't visualize why moving the mounts forward would appreciably change the angle. I would assume moving the mounts and trans crossmember forward would keep everything the same unless there is a different slope on the frame at the mounts compared to the crossmember.
But, without my truck to look at, I don't remember any slope; the frame at these locations seem relatively flat.
Must be missing something here...
