I was curious about this too for these c10's, I also have a '47 I had to do some seat foam work and seat bracket fabrication to get work, not comfortable but it works , at 6' 7" I struggle with these older trucks.
The issue I have is my knees above steering wheel and into the dash, I also have to duck to see out of windshield. I need to do something with this C10
