I bought trim from Classic Parts, had trouble with the clips, they seemed small for factory holes. I ended up flaring them out a bit then they worked. Had to drill new holes in the bed, so I went a little smaller. Also had to put some mounting tape between the trim and clip so the clips would fully seat into the hole. So a little bit of a learning curve but worth it. There is also a nut on the door trim right behind the hinge, would have been much easier to get with the door off, over 2 hours each door for that one nut.

Some more info, start at the wheel openings, these pieces have a small amount of adjustment and they will control where the rest of the trim will need to land. Really not a bad job to do, I did the side trim in a weekend even with the learning curve.

Also, thanks to all who commented, really appreciate it.
