If you TH350 is a 6" rear shaft version you might consider installing a TH700R4 overdrive trans...
If you check online most rebuilders will supply you a core trans they will rebuild, plus a convertor to suit your needs....
Check out the image below as it shows lengths etc....there are several posts on this forum dealing with the swap over...
