IH and Dodge did offer 1t 4wd but both used a wider 5-lug lug pattern. There were companies other than NAPCO, as Panelman mentioned. Closed knuckle suggests it's an original conversion or earlier axle swapped in. But the closed knuckle 8 lug pattern tells me this is the work of Howe, most likely. I have nothing to reference on this computer. I'm going to hail a well known member who has a particular interest in the Howe conversions and could be referred to as an infomaniac
