Here is a trick for fixing broke outside door handles I learned this here a long time ago from jmader post.

I have fixed I guess 5-6 pair of handles since I saw it.
You buy a length of 1" square tubing and cut it in 1.5" length's then cut that in half. Pry the handle open enough to insert it and drill 4 rivet holes and rivet it in place. Your done. Your handles will never break again.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
