I bought some deep style trim rings at a local swap meet last month. Roger's Wheels & tires is the name on his card. I measured the trim rings and they measure out deeper than 3'', but not quite 4''. He is located in Winston-Salem ( I don't know if that is close to you) I have his number if you want it. I'll email you with the number.
