I have been working on this project for a few months. Hours and hours of modeling and a few prototypes later we have a completed concept.

6061 2 piece armrest. the top is removable with .020" of quench clearance to lock down whatever material the top is covered in.

I chose Alcantara for the top and will polish out the lower to match the rest of the NOS parts in the pictures.
