Re: seat belts in a 59
I'd suggest new from Juliano's or another respected seat belt mfg.
When we put the belts in my 48 after my wife fell out when the door flew open on her we used donor belts and used lengths of 2 inch flat bar under the floor board to spread any pull on them over a wide area. They won't pull out of the floor no matter what. That was 41 years ago when I was as broke as a church mouse though.
