It could be a van, RV or truck tilt. They are similar but not the same. If it is a van or RV tilt, it can be used in a truck with minor modifications. The van tilt has a center shaft that is too long and the neutral safety switch is too close to the dash whereas the RV tilt also has the NSS in the wrong place. The RV version also has a bend in the lever that attaches to the trans linkage but that should not be a problem. There are several very good threads that describe what is needed. Here's one of them.
