As stated some breathers want work with out them just because they interfere with the linkage and some even hit the HEI cap. I have them on mine just clear everything.
performance wise they do nothing that I can tell.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
