Here's how rough the inspection is in Georgia. Bought the truck on Monday,, got a bill of sale written on a page out of a datebook,,, better half took it to the courthouse on tuesday, forged my signature and giv'em 20 bucks for the antique tag. No title, no inspection, no matching VIN's.

Oh yeah,,,,,my Ad Valorem (property taxes) on it are $3.50!!!!
