I would still investigate the cab posts the rocker is welded to on the front and back. Here's a shot of my cab corners on the side with a virtually rust free passenger rocker panel attached
. I pulled on the thread...but glad I did. My cab is going to be a completely rust free zone, albeit with replacement floor and panels in several places.
