I'd consider what you'd have to pay a shop to fix one. An original rust free is worth more. In AZ it's actually possible to find one. If you can I'd say 2-5K depending on condition and options. As mentioned a fully trimmed bucket AC cab is going to be spendy. A base rust free cab maybe not so bad.
