If it's NOT just the horn button then you have to remove the metal disk that acts as the connection to the cam underneath, the funky plastic piece (the loop with the three holes for the screws) and the housing the horn button snaps into. Just remove the three phillips head screws and everything else should fall out.

Then pull the steering wheel (with some cheap pullers). The turn signal switch will be in the housing in the column along with the top steering bearing, and all the bushings and crap.

Taking it apart is actually easy. Getting it back together and adjusted is a pain.
