Agree not a 67-72 truck heater part. Maybe a car from that same time frame but definitely not a truck part.
Pictures of my 68 I just finished doing. These are all the parts inside the cab for heat only.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
