One good idea if your buying a used vehical (leagally works up here anyway) is to get the seller to write on the bill of sale "WITH NO LEANS OR MONEY OWING" that way if say the owner or previous owner/s had outstanding monies owing on it they MUST go after THEM and they can't touch your vehical. There have been many cases that haved turned VERY ugly over this up hear I've heard of. You might want to look into it for future purchases. Doug
