You might need new pins/bushings for the door hinges. They're relatively cheap or if you're an NOS guy there are some for sale on the parts board. You just need a vise, vice grips, and a hammer to get them out. Or if you have access to a press it'll take a couple of minutes.

Also check the adjacent body panels. My passenger door binds up on the front fender, but I haven't had a chance to loosen bolts and make adjustments yet.
