OK I will take a stab at it.
1st disconnect your battery. Then remove headlight switch knob by reaching under the dash on top of headlight switch and pressing the button you find there while pulling headlight switch knob all the way out.
Also reach up under dash and disconnect speedo, oil pressure gage, and wiring harness from back of instrument cluster.
Remove windshield wiper switch knob (allen screw holds it on I think).
Remove the piece holding the rubber thing on the steering column and slide it up out of the way.
Remove the screws holding the bezel in, tip the top toward you and work it out.
It's not a hard job just don't get in a hurry or use too much force on it.
