Congratulations on getting a Blazer. You'll love it once it's done.
Having said that, you've got a lot of work ahead of you. The good news is that pretty much every body part you're going to need is available aftermarket.
Your tub is in bad shape. The rocker panels, parts of the floor, and probably the A and B pillars are going to need to be replaced. It looks like the torsion boxes aren't even there. It's hard to tell from the pics, but it looks like your windshield frame and firewall are in pretty bad shape too. Honestly, you might want to look for an entire tub to replace yours. However, there are build threads on here where Blazers in worse shape have been brought back to life.
What Lks Dcvn said - don't take the top off until the tub is well braced. Right now it's holding everything in place.
