When I built my 40 Coupe it had a 1/2" lower lean on the drivers side. I had used a new parallel rear leaf spring kit made by Chassis Engineering. Upon inspection and measuring I found the drivers side leaf spring was about 1/2" shorter eye to eye which pulled the shackle more forward lowering that side.
I contacted Chassis Engineering who was right in the middle of going out of business and TCI was taking over the line of products so I hit a dead end for having them replace the springs, I had to move on.
What I did to resolve the problem was oversized my rear sway bar and tightened the passenger side down the extra amount required to level the car out, which actually was not that much.
If you can't pin point the issue this might be an option for you
