I can almost guarantee the vac hoses are bad, i had some nice looking sets and tried to use them, they all cracked at the nipple after a couple of months.
Definately check that.
OER makes a copper heater core, it isnt cheap at $109 or so. I installed an aluminum one last year and it was a real chore, the core is too thin and you have to make a spacer for it to fit. Buy the copper one it looks like factory.
