This is an old man in an bone stock 6-cyl truck. Nobody else drives it. I think he goes 25 or so miles a day to work and back. It will not be abused. I think this is the original 3-speed with nobody-knows-for-sure-because-speedo-been-broken-30+-years but say 500K miles?
I appreciate all the advice. I am just the info gatherer for my friend. They may find another 3-speed and go some more. I was just trying to see how much of a project this might be as good 3-speeds are getting harder to find and the pick-a-parts seem to have these S-10s.
