What carb you got?
Have you got pics of your motor?
Moisture out your tail pipe is normal. Black spatter can be from several things. Poor combustion, lack of timing, leaking guides etc.
I assume ‘pin’ valve means needle/seat. How did you adjust it.
What did you set your initial timing at?
