So here is the bad news.
Almost all glass shops today are staffed by employees under the age of 35, worse yet they are trained in the installation of urethane set windshields and have no practical experience in glazing in rubber set applications. Compound that with knowing how to install the stainless trim in our trucks that have that option and you now have a formula for pandemonium.
Stay away from the big national corporate shops and find a small mom and pop shop with an old timer and you will be much happier.
