The truck arm front x-member should be a bolt in to the 62 frame rails if it's not already in place (not sure on the early 1-tons).
Truck arms would just need the OE 8-lug axle or have arms fabbed for whatever (Squarebody or newer?) 8-lug/dually axle.
Coils would work w/a bolt on upper coil mount (like what CPP 73-87 truck-arm conversion kits used).
