I have gotten a lot of great direction on here so here goes.

1949 chevy 3/4 ton rat rod look

Swapped the 216 out for a 261. Runs great and now kicking the idea around of changing out the 3 on the tree 3 speed for a 4speed on the floor. This way I can weld on a beer tapper right LOL.

Anyway, anyone on here perform this swap? Any challenges in matching up to the torque tube and on back.
